How long before my order will be dispatched?

Dispatch time varies depending on what the order is for. Each product listing will explain more about their specific times so please have a look before ordering, however it varies between a few days up to two/three weeks.

Who will my order be shipped with?

We send all orders with Royal Mail or Evri, choice differs on the size of the parcel. The timeframe of shipping is 48 hours.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept card payments and paypal.

What is your return policy?

Due to every product being handmade and made to order, we DO NOT accept any returns/refunds. Please bear this in mind before ordering.

Am I able to send my order straight to somebody else as a gift? Can I add a note?

We can 100% do this for you! When ordering please make sure you put the name and address of the recipient in as the delivery address.

If you wish to add a gift note please choose the gift note selection when ordering, and write your message for me to include.

We already package orders up in a ‘gift type’ way, but for specific gift orders we'll make it even more special for you!

Are you able to do custom designs?

Definitely. We do have some restrictions we don’t like to agree to, such as copyrighted items etc, but if you’d like to find out and chat about an idea, please use the contact form to get in touch with us.
